HYBRID GROUP HSE TECHNICAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (TSD) PROGRAM PRODUCES 1ST BATCH OF GRADUATES
It seemed just like yesterday, precisely August 27th 2021, when the journey of building a career in occupational health and safety kicked off for a group 6 young Nigerian graduates.
These graduates were selected from of pool of applications when the call for eligible applicants was made last year.
Thursday 31st March, 2022 went down in history as the day the first batch of the Hybrid Group Limited HSE TECHNICAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (TSD) program had its graduation ceremony.
The memorable event was held at the The Colossus Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria and attracted the likes of leaders and influencers in the HSE sphere.
As part of Hybrid Group’s CSR and career empowerment initiative, these OSH hopefuls spent the last 7 months of their professional lives in our TSD program and went through a series of capacity building, skill enhancing trainings which gave them the right foundation and put them in the right standing to becoming seasoned OSH professionals.
TSD batch 1.0 have been released into the job market and we are confident that this set of vibrant and diligent OSH hopefuls will make impact in whichever organization they become engaged with. – OH! 3 out of the 6 TSD graduates are out of the job market as a result of immediate employment they received. We trust the employment status of the other 3 TSD graduates will change in due time.
We are excited for what the future holds for these young Nigerians and pledge to do more as preparations and plans for the second edition of out HSE Technical Skills Development program are underway.
