With 24 years of experience in HSE, Project and Dangerous Goods Management, Dapson, as he is known in the profession, is a passionate and dedicated consultant, trainer, auditor, mentor, coach and industry leader. He is recognised as one of the modern leaders of HSE practice and business in Nigeria and has been involved in various HSE projects in private and public sectors, delivering excellence and unrivalled services.

Dapson attended Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Abia state where he obtained BSc. in Environmental Management and Forestry in 1998 and MSc Degree in Environmental Management and Protection. He obtained MBA from London School of Business Finance UK, HSE Leadership Certificate from Harvard School of Public Health USA, and OMP Certificate from Lagos Business School (LBS), Nigeria. He is currently a DBA student of the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship, Switzerland.

As part of enhancing and building his competence in the field of HSE, he holds several HSE Professional Qualifications from NEBOSH, IOSH, CIEH, IRCA, City & Guilds, Edexcel, etc. and a member of industry associations including ISPON, IOSH, ASSP, OGTAN, SPIN, CIoD, etc. He is an alumnus of Columbia Southern University USA; Harvard School of Public Health USA; London School of Business Finance, UK and Lagos Business School, Nigeria, and lots more.

He leads the Hybrid Group business operations in Nigeria, Ghana, UK and USA.
